Our payment system will not charge any extra fee, but the credit card payment may incur few exchange commission fee which is charged by payers'bank, it should be borne by payers.
The accepted papers will be published on line conference proceedings.
A acceptable limits is 5-10 pages per paper, if the paper exceeds 6 pages, the additional pages will be charged as 70 USD/ page.
The registration fee is subjected to the deadline which is indicated as “early, regular, late, onsite“ in the registration fee table.
The Participants intend to do presentation only on conference, please select "presenter" registration.
The participants intend to do presentation and to publish their papers, please select "IASED member, Nonmember or Student" registration.
The participants attend conference as listener, please download the registration form in which you can find the payment method. After payment, please send us your filled registration form and payment voucher.
Benefits for IASED member and Students:
The IASED membership has the privilege of registration as indicated in registration fee table. When you finish payment, please provide your IASED member ID.
If you register with 'student', please send your valid student identity as supplementary.
Please notice that only one preferential item can be valid for one applicant.
What covered by registration fee?
Full registration fee covers :(Author only) publication fee + meeting sessions on Aug. 10-12. + 2 coffee breaks,1 lunch, 1 dinner on Aug. 11 + conference kits.
Tutorials should be registered individually.
Tutorial Registration includes: all tutorials session + lunch.
Printed program, attendance certificate, souvenir will be provided on conference site.
For "No shows", registration fee is nonrefundable.
A written refund/cancellation request received by 30 April 2019 can be accepted, and US$100 administrative fee will be charged. After 20 February, 2020, the refund/cancellation request will not be accepted.
